Kelty strengthened the midfield with the addition of the experienced Jamie Stevenson during the recent preseason. 

As a teenager Stevenson played for Real Mallorca’s Reserve squad for one year before returning to Scotland where he played for Alloa Athletic on 97 occasions in their League games over three spells. 

Stevenson spent some time with Lowland League side East Stirlingshire in 2009-10 while they competed in the Scottish Third Division appearing 64 times for the shire, scoring on 19 occasions.

After leaving the shire Stevenson went on to spend 2 seasons with Airdrie United followed by 2 at fellow fife side Cowdenbeath before signing for Peterhead in 2014. Peterhead became 

Paddy has been involved in 4 promotions seasons including winning the Third Division in 2009 with Dumbarton and League Two in 2019 with Peterhead. Stevenson spent 6 seasons with The Blue Toon where he would eventually link up with Paddy Boyle and Scott Hooper who have also signed for Kelty during the Preseason. While at Peterhead Jamie racked up 173 league appearances and was part of the 2018-19 League Two winning side.

Honours: In addition to winning League Two with Peterhead Stevenson was also part of Mortons Scottish Second Division winning side in 2006-07.
